Physical therapy and rehabilitation includes individualised orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic health, women's health, pregnancy and postpartum care, and pelvic-floor programmes. Hope + Healing Counseling provides psychiatric and behavioural health services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and counselling. Primary care is delivered alongside these services as part of the integrated model.
Telehealth and virtual care delivery form a core part of the operating model.
